What a day for Team Osprey! None could match the overall winning time of 3:50 (!!) but three Osprey broke the 6-minute mark, led by Alex with a 30+ second PR.
Matt and Emily made their Osprey debuts and both ran terrific races. Matt placed 9th in his age group in his first NYRR race in 5 years, while Emily was the fastest of the female Osprey, PR-ing with a 5:56 time.
Donna was the fastest Daniels, besting Tom (who ran out of gas after a fast start) by 2 seconds. Donna’s time was good for 7th in her age group (though she snuck into an earlier wave with the younger folk).
Lynn placed 9th out of 166 in her age group, and hosted the flock for a fun post-race brunch.
We were all happy to see Michelle volunteering and Coach Cass making her post-Arlo return to live racing!
