It was a strange morning of weather, starting out humid for the early waves and finishing in a downpour for the 60+ age group runners. The youngest kids race was unfortunately canceled at the last minute due to the threat of lightning, though that didn’t stop Lucas from splashing his way to a good time, cheered on by the flock.
Simone added yet another PR to her extensive 2023 collection, Anne and Sean smashed their previous best mile times, and Alex eeked out a 1 second PR for the 2nd straight year.
